De Montfort University (DMU) offers a great choice of modern and comfortable accommodation for international students, all within easy reach of the city centre and university buildings. Most halls are just a few minutes’ walk from campus, making it easy to get to classes and explore Leicester.
You can choose from a range of DMU-managed halls, including Bede Hall, Newarke Point, Waterway Gardens, Liberty Park, The Glassworks, and Newarke Street. Options include en-suite rooms, shared flats, and studio apartments to suit different budgets and preferences. All rooms are fully furnished with access to shared kitchens and common rooms.
Living in DMU-approved accommodation means you’ll have support from on-site staff and security, as well as access to social events that help you meet new people and settle into university life.
If you prefer, there are also plenty of private halls and shared houses across Leicester, many within walking distance of campus.
