Edinburgh Napier has three city campuses: Craiglockhart for business, Merchiston for creative industries and computing, and Sighthill for health and applied sciences. Each campus offers modern laboratories, recording studios, newsrooms and simulation suites equipped to industry standards, as well as libraries, study spaces, cafés and social areas. The campuses are close to student accommodation and benefit from excellent public transport links. Students enjoy a friendly and supportive environment with dedicated international services, along with regular events, workshops and networking opportunities that take place throughout the year.

Accommodation
Living in student accommodation you become part of the student community, benefit from being close to campus and student life.
International students have access to ‘Capitol Students’ accommodation within walking, cycling or bus to all the campuses. You can stay in clean, modern shared flats, with other Edinburgh Napier students and access to a large social space, games area, study spaces and bike storage.
You will become part of a supportive community with a dedicated team of accommodation staff and Resident Assistants are here to help you, providing guidance, advice, and out-of-hours assistance. They will help you to settle in and get to know your neighbours through activities and events.

Edinburgh Napier University International College (ENUIC) is located in the historic campus of Merchiston, close to the city centre and with easy access to accommodation. We offer integrated and standalone pathway programmes which develop your academic and English language skills.

We process applications as quickly as possible but an offer may take up to 4 weeks during peak periods. Some decisions can take longer depending on the course and point of application.

Our refund policy can be found here. All Refunds will be processed within 21 calendar days of receiving the completed Refund Request Form and relevant supporting documentation. For a copy of the refund request form please email pathwayrefunds@OxfordInternational.com.
Finance will only refund the account that the original funds came in from, and the same country of origin. In case of original account being closed, then the payee and country of origin must be the same.
To speed up the refund process students are required to provide evidence of the original payment made to OIEG along with their refund request form and visa refusal form/other relevant documentation.

You can still apply even if you haven’t yet received your final transcript or your Certificate of English proficiency. You will receive a conditional offer which will state what qualifications and grades you will need to achieve in order to meet our entry requirements. Our team will contact you during this process.
To be accepted onto a degree pathway course with us, you must meet our standard requirements. Our online entry requirements tool can help you find the minimum academic entry requirements for our pathway programmes.

Payment options can include bank transfers, credit cards, e wallets and more, typically in your home currency for most countries.

To complete your online application, you will need the following:
– A copy of a valid passport
– A copy of your original qualification certificate and transcripts – certified translation (if possible)
– Any current & previous UK visas, CAS and copies of exit stamp. Please also include a copy of any previous visa refusal letters – if previously studied in the UK
– A valid copy of IELTS or Pearson PTE if the score is at 5.5 or above – only IELTS taken at UKVI approved centres can be used if the score is below 5.5 in any component
